Who is responsible?

Waltham, Danish CVR 41072334, is responsible for processing your information. Contact: waltham@me.com.

What do we use it for?

We use your name, email address, website and optional message to review, answer and follow up on your enquiry. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to a newsletter.

Legal basis

We normally process enquiries on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding and, where relevant, taking steps towards a potential client engagement.

Storage and service providers

We keep information for as long as reasonably needed for the correspondence or relevant records, and then delete it unless law requires otherwise. Form submissions are processed technically by Netlify and the services used for storage and email.

Your rights

You can request access, correction or erasure and object to processing. Write to waltham@me.com. You may also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency.

Confidentiality

You are welcome to describe your business in general terms, but please do not include national ID numbers, health information or other sensitive details in the form.
